Pretty simple interviews. First is with a recruiter that will ask you basic questions, they'll send you an email about a mock sale and ask you to study it, to ask questions and recommend products - however the person interviewing me had no idea what that email was and just asked me some more behavioral questions and did a mock cold call.
It was a panel interview throw questions at me so quick did not have time to address each question the way I wanted. No one smile at me it was just so weird not welcoming at all.
Panel interview. Star format. 3 different interviews. 3 month hiring process. Drug test. Extensive background check. Contact five references. Five questions during interview. Six weeks training and on job training.
