      Negative experience
      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at AT&T (Baltimore, MD) in May 2015

      Interview

Went to Atlanta In March for vacation and I heard about the program, Once i got back to Baltimore. I applied and iI received an email stating that i was selected to take the assessment which I did the same Day. Maybe about a week later I received an email saying that I was selected for the face to face Skype interview. I was very nervous. I didn't really understand the job description while watching the powerpoint version of the information session. But once i was on the interview she explained it to me better and i was all hears. Once the face to face interview was over she immediately said I was moving on to the next part of the interview. I just completed the last step which is the role play and Iet's just say that part was The hardest part. I have dealt with new customers all the time but never over the phone i am more of a visual person. I have worked for Apple and I can sell a Macbook to someone who has never heard of Apple. I would be surprised if they accept me i did terrible and I was nervous...Good Luck to everyone reading this and doing this interview process.

      Negative experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at AT&T (New York, NY)

      Interview

Behavioral interview process was pretty straight forward. They are going to ask questions about your past experiences, how you overcame them and what you learned. Just be yourself, excited, curious, and make friends with your interviewer. Next step is to see how you act in a business environment. Expect to get pushback from the mock customer and be your best self. Try not to make promises you cant keep, yet bargain to manage the customers pain.

      Anonymous employee
      Tulsa, OK
      Accepted offer
      Neutral experience

      Application

I applied through college or university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at AT&T (Tulsa, OK) in Feb 2016

      Interview

      1. Invited to take an assessment online 2. If you pass the assessment, you then will be contacted to set up an behavioral Skype interview time. 3. If you pass this, the final test is role play with either a phone call or a Skype interview. Be advised: role play is most difficult part! i just completed it and i studied the material thoroughly, but it was still difficult. Best thing you can do is remain calm and speak with confidence. I screwed up on the second role play a little, so I'm not sure what the outcome will be.
