FACE TO FACE; was totally technical; asked about the education background, references and professional expertise . Needed detail information of current project. Intervieewers were all technical. had interview for two hours

Committee style 1st interview, 3 people interviewing me and it was mostly behavioural style questions. Most of the people working had jeans and sweaters, but maybe it was casual fridays. Then I was sent emails about the next step in the process.

informational interview to discuss engineering positions. I thought it was informative. I learned what opportunities were available. I thought it was interesting. I learned about the different types of positions available and where they were located. I did not realize so much was out there. I realize how much on the job training is required.
