ALTEN Software Developer interview questions

Initial call with HR who decided to call from a train so the call got it off, which seemed unprofessional. I then made it to the next round where I had an interview with the business manager. Hr were pretty useful she told me to fill in this online profile which they provide you with a link for and you have to fill in information about all the roles you have worked in, I spent 2 evenings working on this but when I went to the interview the guy told me not to worry about the profile as it didn't need to be filled in. This is very disappointing as I spent so much time on something hr were persistent with. I also sent hr some questions before my interview and they literally didn't respond until pestered. So unprofessional. Oh I also apparently made it to the next round of interviews but this was in April and I have heard nothing since. This whole experience has been such a waste of my time and they don't seem to know what they are doing!

Il colloquio è abbastanza semplice anche se più persone tendono a ripeterti le stesse cose. Il personale è davvero molto gentile ma non approfondisce l'opportunità esaustivamente fino agli stati finali
