Colloquio iniziale con una recruiter, mail di valutazione colloqui in cui si spiega perché si vuole lavorare da alten (obbligatoria), e in fine colloquio diretto con il responsabile. Domande poco tecniche e molto mirate alla valutazione della persona

I applied for a software engineer position at Alten. The initial HR call went very well, it was friendly and positive. Afterwards, they asked me to prepare a short “commercial” CV, which they said would be sent to interested client companies. They also mentioned the possibility of being hired directly by Alten as an intern consultant, even without an immediate client project. However, since sending that short CV, I haven’t received any update or follow-up from them. From what I’ve read online, this seems to be quite common. Alten and similar consulting firms often wait until they have a client who’s ready to interview you before moving forward, and if no matching project comes up quickly, candidates often don’t hear back at all.
