ALTEN interview questions

Vorstellungsgespräch in Nürnberg bei Alten. Personaler war sehr nett und hat die Struktur des Unternehmens erläutert. Es wurden einige Fragen zum Lebenslauf gefragt, alles relativ Standard warum man entsprechendes studiert hat und womit man sich damals motiviert hat. Eine potentielle Stelle wurde vorgestellt und geschaut ob man sich diese eventuell vorstellen kann. Gehalt wurde abgefragt und ist branchenüblich bei entsprechender Arbeitszeit. Alles in allem ein sehr nettes Gespräch.

Initial communication had told there there would be just 3 rounds of interview. Later I realized HR team has no clue on interview process . It was horrible experience . It took 1 month and 7 rounds . HR sent the selected mail but the offer was not released .At the end they told the feedback is positive then they don't respond to calls . I would highly recommend you not to waste time and energy on this .
