ALS Global interview questions

The interview process was quite pleasant. The management team not only focused on my skillset, but made sure to get a feel of my personality to see if I would be a good addition to their team. They reviewed my resume, and took the time to explain the details of the position. I felt that they were very honest about what would be expected from me if I were to work there, and they were also honest about what I should expect while holding the position. They did not sugar coat anything, and kept the process clear and concise.

It was a standardised interview which I find good as the decision is less subjective, the questions were legitimate and information about the company was provided. I had a good impression.
