Interview went well one on one, and actually thought I had a chance, till they gave me a 'compatibility' test and I walked out. It was lengthy and very stressful. I don't understand how companies can base their decision to hire on a sterile series of questions and answers.

Question 1
Would you be opposed to taking a test to see how compatible you are with our culture?
I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at ALS Global (Atlanta, GA) in Jun 2016
Interview
Brief and casual. 1 on 1 interview with a very laid back lady. They walk through your resume and ask you a few easy questions. Nothing hard such as "what is your biggest weakness?" All around was very straight forward and simple, took about 30 minutes.
