ALS Global interview questions

Badly organised as interviewers did not go through my resume at all. They strolled in with an attitude and only introduced their own names. Throughout the whole process, they dodged questions regarding the job role, job scope , size of teams and including their own job titles. At the end of the 1.5 hour interview, not much was shared about the role and hr had refused to send me the JD prior to the interview as she claimed that their hr do not know much about it and I would have to find out during the interview whilst the interviewers too, had no idea what they are talking about. Overall, the experience was not nice and a waste of time.

I applied for the position during the week and recieved an interview invitation about three days later. The interview was held the following week as a one on one session which lasted around 30-45 minutes.
