Interview
Badly organised as interviewers did not go through my resume at all. They strolled in with an attitude and only introduced their own names. Throughout the whole process, they dodged questions regarding the job role, job scope , size of teams and including their own job titles.
At the end of the 1.5 hour interview, not much was shared about the role and hr had refused to send me the JD prior to the interview as she claimed that their hr do not know much about it and I would have to find out during the interview whilst the interviewers too, had no idea what they are talking about.
Overall, the experience was not nice and a waste of time.

The manager Quite punctual. Quite pleasant process, I requested to have to tour to the lab and manager willing to bring to visit and Introduce me the various of lab. I get the chance to visit lab

The interview was okay, they asked the standard questions in an interview. The interviewer was polite and agreeable. They usually inform you of the outcome very fast so you don’t have to wait too long.

Interview
There is a severe lack of communication between the HR and the hiring department. The interviewers wanted the transcripts. However, this was not reflected or brought up to the interviewee at all. In the end, the interviewer blamed the interviewee for not bringing their transcript along. Not to mention that the interviewer was condescending and rude throughout the interview
