A recorded virtual interview first. A live video chat interview to follow. The first is recorded and you just answer questions on a recording platform. The second interview is virtual and with a live person. They go over your resume and inquire about your duties and why you left each position. The interview was professional enough to know it was an interview but personable enough to not be stressed or nervous.
