ADT Cudtomer Service Representative interview questions

After the application, I was sent a self recorded interview. It was fairly easy and simple. After that about a few days later I was sent a request to schedule an interview with a recruiter. The interview came a few days after that. The interviewer was easy going and it was like having a conversation. Less than a week later I was called and told I was being offered the position.

Videos are the thing!! I've never done a video interview before so it was a little different. Live yes recorded no. Overall it was a great process. I had to look at the way I talk and my facial expressions. I am very critical of myself so it's kind of helpful.
