They interviewed on the phone, then on-site interview. At that day, I had been interviewed by 2 senior engineers.The next process was engineer manager. They asked about CAD presentations, questions about experiences on Creo,Pro E. They asked if I know about 3D design

Technical questions followed by HR interview, a group discussion and presentation presentation topic was like to sell about a toy company. GD had lots of people.. May be around 12-15. It didn't matter whether you talk first or the longest. If you talk sensibly they will notice you. After tech interview people are shortlisted and after that hr interview, group discussion and presentation are one single round.

Question 1
Most of questions were behavioral. About team-working, communication skills, handling conflict, biggest failure....and also question if you are willing to stay in Sweden or not. In general it was very relax environment with no pressure.
