3M Sales interview questions

The interview process was all done through Skype. There were multiple interviews but all through Skype and they asked typical interview questions. It seems like they decide pretty quick if they like you or not. I was brought into a face to face interview after both Skype interviews and It was just done in the lobby. They just want to get to know you better as a person.Make sure to dress extremely professional as that is expected. First impressions are everything. It took a while for them to decide who they would give the job to, but they keep you well informed during the whole process.

Friendly interview, in open manner, questions related previous experience, vision on further career development. Be right in time. Interview takes approx one hour, so plan accordingly. Look through info about the company before interview.
