Interview
The interview process was all done through Skype. There were multiple interviews but all through Skype and they asked typical interview questions. It seems like they decide pretty quick if they like you or not. I was brought into a face to face interview after both Skype interviews and It was just done in the lobby. They just want to get to know you better as a person.Make sure to dress extremely professional as that is expected. First impressions are everything. It took a while for them to decide who they would give the job to, but they keep you well informed during the whole process.

Sales process is basse on sales that is selling sales stuff linked to activities globally . Global
Sales team work in groups of 5 ppl with majority owning their own sites . Communication is done directly with global head coordinator.
great interview. straight forward and very friendly. nothing too intimidating. More of discussion of what is expected for the role and what the day-to-day is like.
