3M Developer interview questions

Applied in November 2018 and received an email in the beginning of February 2019. Two interviews. First one was a Skype interview with 7 people with questions about my resume and projects. Second one was with project manager and it was over more behavior stuff such as my expectations and goals for the future. Then I received a call from the recruiter letting me know I have received and offer.

First phone call was basic, asked about resume and experience and talked about the company and position. Follow up was two group interviews, each with different members of the team.
