I spend too much time scrolling through social media and it’s a big distraction to productivity. I’ve tried putting timers and removing the apps from my Home Screen but it’s too easy to use them. Anyone successfully cut back on their social media time?

I just had a younger coworker get promoted over me because of their “advanced degree”. I’m frustrated because they are lost and always asking me for help. Can you relate? What’s something in your role that only experience teaches?

I officially start work tomorrow after a year and six months of being unemployed! I’m so excited but yet so anxious that I’ll mess up but I am so thankful for this opportunity and just being able to finally work!
