What is the reputation of Reed Smith in the legal community?
I’m first gen: I’ve paid of my loans, my parents’ debts, own my house outright, and paid off my parents house. I know it wasn’t the optimal way of doing things, but it was the only way to relieve my financial anxiety. I’ll never be homeless again. So now when people say “invest aggressively,” what does that mean. Is moving money to the fidelity robo-investor sufficient?

Anywhere but Fenwick. They're an outlier in so many market practices (and not in a good way)
would pick Cooley between the 2; guess it also depends on ur current situation
Which firm are you currently at? That will impact whether it makes sense to leap to a tech firm like Cooley/fenwick. If your looking for less hours, your prob not going to get that fwiw
Cooley's comp/ben group gets treated like shit by M&A and ECVC groups; they just get work dumped on them last minute with terrible deal management. You'll be busy and get good reps, but you'll hate your life.
Isn't that every comp/benefits group?
