Vacation hours accumulate, once you have sufficient hours stored you can sell vacation back to the company. With Flex Time , it is usually pretty easy to take a week off without spending any vacation time.

Up to 4% match in 401k

Great 401k matching and contribution. They match 50% up to 4% then always contribute 6%; for a total of 10% contribution to 401k. They have high deductible insurance which allows for HSA contributions. They also provide $500-$1000 for preventative care. You get 10 hrs a month for vacation that stacks up to 400 hrs. You can also sell up to 80 hrs of vacation a year to boost your paychecks.

It beats the warehousing jobs

Great PTO, end of year shut down is all holiday so don’t need to use PTO for the week between Christmas and new years. 400 hours can roll over year to year. Solid 401k match, 6% company provided plus up to 4% match if you put in 8%. So pretty much 10% from the company if you put in 8%

In general, the benefits are good; health care is very expensive, independent of the health plan you choose.
