"50% match up to 8%, plus 6% on top, for a grand total of 10%. This is outstanding and I do not know of anyone who tops that. If you make $100 and max out your 401k, you're putting away $28k a year."

Pros: 6% contribution to 401k with 100% vestment on start date. Great wellness incentives, such as up to $1400-$1800 company HSA contribution yearly, 8 free therapy sessions, free subscription to Calm.
Cons: Hard to actually get a therapist scheduled. Benefits used as an excuse to pay lower than most other company’s for comparable positions.
