"50% match up to 8%, plus 6% on top, for a grand total of 10%. This is outstanding and I do not know of anyone who tops that. If you make $100 and max out your 401k, you're putting away $28k a year."

Terrible Health Care and they keep getting worse! 2016 beware, new package is terrible!
Dental and Vision are good though. 401K is good. They don't offer a Pension anymore.
They offer paid for advanced degrees but only partial pay that might cover one semester, then you have to work for them 2 years after you get it. They also don't give you anything when you get it, no raise, no level, nothing.

For part timers we receive no benefits from the company so they raise the amount paid to you hourly because of that
The benefits used to be pretty good. Nothing extremely good but competitive salary, pretty good health and dental, 15 days of PTO. Unfortunately the company has started slashing benefits left and right. Health care is about to be turned into a horrible plan.
