"50% match up to 8%, plus 6% on top, for a grand total of 10%. This is outstanding and I do not know of anyone who tops that. If you make $100 and max out your 401k, you're putting away $28k a year."

All the perks are great except for the insurance. The price has increased with the coverage has dropped. 401K can be matched up to 8% which is pretty standard for large corporations.

I like that the overall benefits package is very standardized and easy to find the information. You have time once a year to make changes to your benefits plan regarding health insurance, but you can make 401k changes right away. Deductibles could be better though.

The plan is becoming more expensive. We now have the option to either continue our current plan and pay more out-of-pocket, or select a less expensive, and less comprehensive plan.
I do not use the medical benefits, 401k is OK, Medical and Dental benefits are not very desirable . Coverage is lacking and it is on the expensive side
