"50% match up to 8%, plus 6% on top, for a grand total of 10%. This is outstanding and I do not know of anyone who tops that. If you make $100 and max out your 401k, you're putting away $28k a year."

The 401k employer matching amount seems to be on par with other companies in this area. They've narrowed down the medical to only one option. I wish they still had at least two medical packages to choose from like they used to.

Benefits are good, except there are two packages. The latest package for new highers has a lower vacation accumulation than the previous package among other things. I think this is to drive a wedge between employees to maybe force the Union out. News Flash: the union ain't going nowhere.

The health insurance is not the greatest, but the 401(k) and employee discount programs are pretty great. The vacation seems to be pretty standard.

The deductibles on the health care coverage were quite high, in my opinion. They also use to have reimbursement for gym membership but discontinued that.
