Pros

I enjoyed meeting new people from around the world and seeing guests happy by going that extra mile for them.

Cons

Harassment by older staff members who believed it to be acceptable to bully younger staff members. Lack of hours. Lack of support and poor management. I was suddenly not given any shifts and just sent my p45 in the post because I had informed the manager that he had underpaid me which he saw as a problem and rather than amending it with an easy solution, let a dedicated staff member who had stayed with the company for a few years go for no reason. Discrimination in the workplace. Staff talking badly about guests and doing the bare minimum
