Pros
The company philosophy is great, relationships with customers are easy-going and friendly. As a first chance to work within hospitality is ok.
Cons
As a franchising there is no internal control, no possibility to grow, no internal communication, even if workers are only a few. Fake contract: they contract you a year + indefinite but before ending the trial year, they find an excuse to give up and close the contract. It is only a chance for them to get subsidies by the government.
