      Pros

      You may learn how to be highly autonomous as you will be working on your own most part of the shifts, and increase your problem-solving and multi-tasking skills

      Cons

      Very poor training, low pays and total lack of interest for employees. They do not really care about professionalism or quality customer service as long as you are ready to accept their poor working conditions. For this reasons and many more in my opinion is not a good company to learn and grow.
