Pros

Very liberal work environment, especially considering the some of the strict behaviour rules in some HORECA companies

Cons

Because the company is such a good place to be, it can be hard for people to leave and thus reducing growth opportunities

just no

Pros

-a yearly bonus. -hotel price reductions.

Cons

-hotel specific rules where night employes do not get regular night pay just a few more days off work every year. - night auditor means you do everything apart from else in a hotel a part from the audit basically, which only takes you about an hour max to do anyway so get ready to clean the place up and get that breakfast buffet ready etc etc for your long 7h shift -shift organisation of one day off in the middle of the week, where you just basically sleep - say it again, the hotel specific laws and loopholes.
