      - Same routine each night - Good pay compared to other hotels despite it being a budget hotel the salary here is more than most - Free bonus breaks - Free meals on shift - Discount in Accor restaurants

      Cons

      - It depends who your General manager and front office manager are - Night shift, but this isn’t necessary a con - If there is poor management it makes it unbearable - High turnover
