      Pros

      Still some good people there that are passionate about what they do and work hard to do it well. Health benefits and 401k match are good. PTO is comparable to the industry.

      Cons

      Executive team is completely lost. 3 layoffs in the last five years, and the “star performers” that remain are forced to pick up the slack with very little recognition. “Do more with less” is a common phrase that gets used.

      Pros

      Love the people I work with, great compensation, and support for a strong work-life balance.

      Cons

      With the acquisition looming, yet not guaranteed, it is a bit scary what the future holds. Not sure if more reductions in force are coming, so many people are on their toes and worried.
