Cool environment, people were great. Working everyday with Robots was the coolest experience, plus there is so much to learn from the people there

Instability, as the company grew at a fast pace, and when the economy slowed, layoffs were inevitable.

beleive in looking at internal candidates first company has great future, even if current defense business is slow employees really care about company and product, want to do what is right great products, engineers are continually thinking about the future

current downturn in defense business has resulted in layoffs and decreasing morale
