      A good robotics company

      Pros

      I was working in the R&D group as an intern. People here are smart. And they are really into robots. You get inspired by them everyday. Working on a prototype project in a small team gives you the chance to learn every aspect of the project. You can see Roombas and Avas wandering around in the offices everyday ;-) Lots of beers and BBQs and a half day off on Friday in the summer.

      Cons

      I guess it's also a con that the team is small. You don't communicate with a lot of people (of course you can reach out to other people in the company). So basically the project you work on is all that you think about everyday.

      Great place to work. Colleagues are very hard-working, supportive and make sure that you get ahead in your career and advance the company.
