      develoing actual consumer robots used by millions of people, good life/work balance, relaxed working environment...

      too much mundane work during productization, polishing and tuneup, etc....

      Pros

      People here are driven, and there's a great sense of belonging. Although the employees are motivated, the environment is fairly relaxed and most are understanding of one another's situations. There are always opportunities to move around from group to group, as well as getting involved in company outings.

      Cons

      Some downsides of working here are, sometimes, it's a bit disorganized. While there is usually strong communication between employees of the same level, sometimes it's easy to feel small in this sort of environment.
