None. Like at all. I’m miserable working here and can’t get a job anywhere else.

Cons

Working here has made me suicidal and incredibly depressed. Never have had a good week. Never happy for a whole day. Nobody will care about your mental health. “It’s just part of the job.” as they’ll tell you here. Good luck enjoying your weekend or having a life. Well you can try but be prepared to be beaten down constantly by your colleagues.

Very international company with people from all around the world. Middle - low management people are generally nice.

Cons

Management skills at executive level is very low, they only think about their bonus with a very limited short term strategy, no employees recognition at all.
