It is a paycheck, which is not worth the weight of the work and time we are required to perform.

Cons

No life outside of GateGroup. On call 24/7 with GG having no concern about your personal life. There will be more cons after today's management meeting.

Employees are fantastic. Great industry pre-pandemic.

Cons

Top leaders only in it for the money. And don’t care about the people. Will be interesting to see how they pull themselves out from the pandemic..
