Pros
Really struggling to find any pros, but it insists I find something to write. Most of the staff are brilliant and dedicated, so I guess that's a pro. If the senior management weren't constantly making their lives impossible.
Cons
Dear Lord, where do I start? Appalling levels of leadership from the senior management team, who are protected from ever seeing the fallout of their decisions because they are safely cocooned in Switzerland and never set foot in the UK. Self destructive behaviour that has taken a team that won industry awards year after year and utterly destroyed everything we worked so hard to achieve.
