1. members on leadership team are continually in-fighting and are out of touch with needs of employees. complete lack of leadership 2. no resources, no strategy and no vision 3. never perform annual performance reviews; there is no career planning 4. constantly in the news for operational problems (mold in kitchen facilities, unsanitary conditions, flies in food, etc)
