Great pay and impactful title opportunities (but a title is just a title......)

Cons

The company does not empower middle management to act autonomously or make positive difference. The C-level management operates ignorantly, unaware of the work their employees are doing, eliminating people in batches to save a buck. Sales are in a constant decline, and rash decisions - like mass lay-offs or obtaining new brands to help save the company - prove a further detriment to business.
