Company seems to not have cameras or refuses to watch footage so when employee theft happens in your store, you’re bullied into quitting.

Great team and environment, employee discount, benefits, support from DM and sister stores

Cons

Too Small spaces for amount of shipment, low wages for assistant manager and below, hard to fill positions due to low pay, talent retention low, not enough payroll for expectations, low enforcement of return policy creating entitled customers and repeat abuse of returns.
