Not really a con for me, but there are constant changes happening, so you have to be able to adapt quickly and frequently.

Good discount Lots of visual freedom Because of small staff, form tight knit bonds with coworkers Relaxed dress code and work environment

Cons

High turnover- had 3 different boutique managers, 3 different abms, 4 different key holders and 5 different sales associates in my 8 months there, many of them walked out mid shift forcing their coworkers to cover their shifts- better training, support and hiring practices could have prevented this Very low pay and compensations for all levels of employees, especially abms Upper management- confusing, often contradictory direction and feedback from area and district managers, i.e. am tells you one thing while the dm tells you the opposite Lack of support- follow company policies and if a customer complains, you get in trouble
