Pros
The discount for employees is good. The benefits are on par with the industry. The product is a good value and easy to sell.
Cons
Due to the rapid expansion after going public, the company is now another big retailer without a heart. There used to be a feeling of family and friendship between corporate, regional and the boutique level which ensured employee loyalty and hard work. Now the staff are underpaid, undervalued and overworked leading to higher turnover and dissatisfaction. The BMR's have little control over hiring/staffing which causes huge problems.
