Product is amazing with great price points Small teams Great growth opportunities from low level boutique positions up to a Boutique Manager Great in boutique culture and Guest Experience model

Cons

Communication from Home office to field leadership before hitting boutiques is terrible Company going through a LOT of changes Bonuses cut, benefits cut, training programs and incentives cut VERY Poor compensation Difficult to grow past the Boutique Manager Position

Great camaraderie between co-workers and store manager. Fun atmosphere. You'll learn a lot about the retail industry.

Cons

Absolutely no organization between district and regional managers. Changes made almost daily. If you like putting every ounce of effort into something and having it completely changed the next day, this job is definitely for you! TERRIBLE PAY for the amount of work that needs to be done on a daily basis. Prepare to work as many hours and have the same responsibilities as the assistant manager but get paid like an associate! Ever want time off? Not going to happen here. With such a small staff, prepare to get called in at any time.
