Cons
PTO policy forces you to take a full week if you want a actual fri - sun off. As well as Mondays you are not allowed to be off unless you are taking a full week of PTO. If your DM doesn't like you they will talk bad about you to the other store managers in the district as well a find reasons to get rid of you. There is absolutely zero support in helping you get what you need ( training , product, visits ect ) to be successful from your DM or Regional. The bonus plan is worthless since they goal you so high it's not achievable. The ability to grow into a higher position is a joke. They prefere to hire outside the company vs. internal development and promotion.
