They are based in Houston so their corporate headquarters are here and have a lot of opportunity for growth not only in management but corporate as well, positions open up all the time specially during holiday seasons.

Cons

There’s no mid year reviews so no raise and the associates are paid the bare minimum. There is also no support if someone calls out the store manager is required to go in if they can’t find someone to cover but a lot of the people work part time and they have second jobs because the pay is not enough so it’s really hard to find last minute coverage.
