Terrible pay. Company as a whole has no organization whatsoever. Many emails that contradict eachother and DM's and RM's have no clue on how to prioritize or follow through with store level issues. They cannot answer simple questions on who to contact if an issue arises either.They are all being hired from DOTS whom obviously didn't do well since they went under, and are just going with the flow. They all knew eachother from before, therefore all having each others back and there is no one to go to if you are having an issue with one of them not doing their job. The company damages out all merch that doesn't sell after they price adjust it to a penny so they don't lose their standings in the reviews for profit/loss. The company is a sinking ship. The DM's hire their friends and bring them in at a higher pay than people that have been with the company for a few years, even at a lower position.

Very heavily staffed with females who get extremely gossipy and competitive in an ugly way. Management would appear to have almost no direction or unified front. ZERO marketing plan. Laughably inefficient processes and low accountability for inventory samples. Absolute chaos at the corporate level. Abhorrent pay and snarky, egocentric middle management in Marketing and Creative.
