You are given a lot of freedom to own your boutique and create and develop your own team

Cons

Absolutely no support from your upper management on the rare occasion they are even available to answer calls or emails. High turn over because of lack of pay or incentive. Major boutique changes with little to no notice or direction. Work load is unreasonable and far too much pressure put on BMR's ABM's and KH's with zero incentive outside of employee discount. The pay is below adequate for the amount of work that is expected.

-Full-time student (not understanding, sometimes worked 30+ hours a week) -Witnessed a full-store turnover -Manager fired because of dropping sales that have been building up for years -New manager brought in was unwilling to work with your schedule or understanding of sickness, outside issues, etc. -Pay is low -District Manager accusatory of false situations -Low sales and high inventory loss due to theft, little security, and expectations
