Company provides benefits such as medical, vision and dental. You can also bonus if you make your month.

Cons

Upper Management does not care about anything but meeting goals and about store managers. All other employees basically are non existent. Corporate office is completely clueless as to how to handle situations.

Upper Management, Deterioration of moral due to upper management. .. long hours... no direction... trying to open too many stores at once and not focusing on the ones that make the company money.
