No one has an answer for any question you ever ask, Upper Management is a joke and truly has no background in leading others, the company is so worried about opening new stores that they forget about the other 500 that are already open when it comes to maintenance issues and product allocation, upper management always takes credit for managers ideas and never says that's for the help, upper management never answers their phone or email when you need them, upper management expects you to drop everything you have going on to fix an issue but wont do the same thing themselves.

Horrible customer service structure they expect you to harass the customers to the point of almost feeling like a stalker. And if you're uncomfortable with asking young girls to come out of the fitting room to show you what they look like in the clothes ( you know, cuz you don't want to look like a creepy pervert) they could care less about how u feel. Their only concern is promoting their "promise" which to me was a "promise to be a stalker". They don't care about how you feel or how you might make the customer feel all they care about is their "standards" an to me those standards were created by a closet case Pedophile.
