      Pros

      I worked at Francesca’s during high school and college and it was a great job. Very fun retail experience!

      Cons

      People don’t treat the stores super nicely so sometimes cleaning up is a pain. Pretty normal for retail though!

      Fun if you like small stores or a boutique feel.

      Cons

      Didn't have a permanent store manager half the time I worked here. The most recent one we did have only visited every two weeks because she worked at a different Francesca's in another state was very unprofessional. The pay was not great either. The company couldn't even afford to provide a key for each keyholder and I had to go out of my way when I wasn't on the clock to drop off my key to my coworkers.
