      Staff Travel System can be great

      Cons

      Poor management with favouritism shown to certain individuals, allowing unsuitable candidates being promoted. The management have zero interest in flight crew and the rostering system is the worst in the industry with little influence over bidding or live roster management I.e. swaps or picking up uncrewed flights. Crewing and rostering do not assist with rostering issues. Overall a general a toxic culture with zero sense of belonging to anything.
