Pros

There's a good lead time to command here, and with others heading elsewhere, one can find themselves heading up the seniority ranks for command quickly.

Cons

They get their pound of flesh out of you, especially in the summer. Roster stability is pretty poor and so lifestyle takes a back seat.

Pros

staff travel is probably the single benefit to working for this company, however from experience of being stuck downroute as a passenger, there was absolutely no sense of duty of care from the airline and zero communication.

Cons

zero work life balance, the one positive out of the global pandemic was showing how effective and productive working from home and hybrid working is. easyJet have shown they do not trust staff to work from home anymore, all roles are not 'hybrid or flexible working' it is being enforced without valid cause to work in the office 3 days a week and has made it an extremely uncomfortable work environment due to the lack of communication from the employer
